I have been researching my ancestors and descendants and my wife's ancestors and descendants now for over ten years. My paternal ancestors were Campbell and came mainly from the parish of Duirinish although some also came from the parish of Bracadale; my maternal ancestors were MacLean/Campbell and came mainly from the parish of Duirinish. My wife's paternal ancestors were Bethune/MacPhie, they came from the parishes of Snizort and Duirinish, her maternal ancestors were Shaw/Beaton, they came from the parishes of Duirinish and Snizort. As I am now living in Aberdeen-shire and only go to Skye about twice a year it is not easy to get round all the graveyards. So I am going to find your website very useful, thank you very much for an excellent website. My own relations are buried in the Struan New cemetery; and my wife's relations are buried in the Skeabost cemetery. I look forward to putting images into my own album Thank you. Hector Campbell
