My Mother was a Parfitt, born in New Zealand and her Father was born in Plympton, England. His family came from Somerset and Devon. Albert was a name found in our family tree. My Father was a Stewart and his father John Stewart was born Braes 1877. His parents were Donald and Christie Stewart ( nee Matheson) I was looking for the headstones of Stewart, Matheson and Mackinnon family and was surprised to see a Parfitt buried here. I wonder if anyone has any history on this family?
