Erected by/JOHN McLEAN Esq of Western Australia/to the memory of his mother/FLORA NICOLSON/third daughter of Mr ALEXr NICOLSON Toute/who died in the year of our Lord 1862 aged 41/deeply regretted by a wide circle of acquaintances/on account of her piety and amiable disposition/also to the memory of his father/DONALD McLEAN ?ever/who died in 1859 aged 100/respected for his kindness, hospitality and integrity/he was first married to MARION FLETCHER/who died in 1798/by whom he had 3 sons and ? daughters/and by his last marriage/4 sons and 3 daughters.

I'm still curious about this stone as the last time I was at this graveyard I couldn't find it at all (the photo was taken in the early 90's).
