This is the grave of my Great Grandmother, I have been searching for her husband's grave without success. I have very few details about him however, his name was John MacIntosh, born 1864, they married on 7th Dec 1894. My late mother mentioned she thought he was buried in a cemetery which had been condemned due to subsidence. If anyone knows of such a cemetery in the area I would be very grateful to hear about it.

Have you tried contacting Highland Council in Portree, Sandra? They are responsible for the burial grounds and may have information to help concerning a BG with a subsidence event. Family stories invariably turn out to be correct.
