Comments

Alexander MacDonald was my great-great-great-grandfather. His son, Alexander Ewen MacDonald born Skye 1828 - emigrated to Victoria Australia. His wife, Catherine (nee Grant) whom he married in 1856. I am descended from their son, William Donald Stuart MacDonald, who at the time of his death on 31 August 1920 was Leader of the Opposition in New Zealand.
