Erected in memory of/ANGUS NICOLSON/who died 8th March 1840 aged 64 years/his wife/EUPHEMIA MACKENZIE/who died 15th Aug. 1812 aged 40 years/also his second wife/CATHERINE BUCHANAN/who died 12th Feb. 1834 aged 59 years/his grandson/ALEXANDER/who died in Glasgow 8 May 1872/aged 2[2 ?]years.
