Raasay New Burial Ground

Forest clearing has opened up the location of the newer burial ground on Raasay. It sits above the old walled orchard, and Orchard Cottage.

Take the metalled track up the hill near the old steadings at Raasay House. An information board after Loch Mhulinn indicates the final part of the route.

There is an older burial ground down the hill, just behind Raasay House [Image 2117].
