In/loving memory/of/JOHN MacRAE/(fisherman)/died 25th Jan. 1963, aged 84/his wife/JANET MacDONALD/died 28th April 1967 aged 78/and their sons/KENNETH/died 18th Dec. 1966 aged 55/and HECTOR/who was lost at sea/through enemy action/on 19th Oct. 1941, aged 27/["recent"].
