Alexander & Christina (McDonald) Grant & family.

In loving memory/of my parents/ALEX. GRANT/died 25 Dec. 1913/and/CHRISTINA McDONALD/died 22 April 1907/also my sister and brothers/MARY died 27 July 1908/DUNCAN died 11 Aug. 1919/DONALD died 3 July 1923/JOHn died March 1947.

Researching my wife's family and Christina McDonald lived till after 1913 as she is on 1911 Census and also on Alexander's DC. Stone must have been erected by Ketty born about 1893 or Mary (yes two Marys) born 17 Feb 1900 - died 1 8 2001 in Portree.

I'll have to check the inscription again on site, Graham. Perhaps its 1920 something. May take me a bit of time as I don't live on Skye.
